Patient Portal

Lavaca Medical Center is excited to invite you to our HealtheLife Patient Portal! The LMC Patient Portal is your health care dashboard. Access your medical records, visit history, lab results, and more, all in one convenient place online.

With the HealtheLife Patient Portal you will be able to:

Access your Health Record, including allergies, procedures, and lab and radiology results*
View and download your visit summaries
Send your physician non-urgent message securely and privately**
And more!

Need to Register?

There are two ways to register for the Patient Portal:

To register in person, let our registration staff know you would like to sign up for the new Patient Portal. You will need to provide an email address. They will start the process and send you an email invitation.

To register online, click the registration button below and follow the on-screen instructions. You will need to provide an email address. You will also need to enter your social security number as your Patient Match Identifier.

Don't have your own email account? We recommend signing up for a free account through Gmail, Microsoft, or your Internet Service Provider.
