Corey J. Scruggs, M.D. is a graduate of Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He did his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He also completed a Cardiology Fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Scruggs is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
